CUET-UG route applies to the five-year integrated MCA.
If your target course lists JEE Main or NATA first, write that paper - CUET only opens if seats stay vacant.
General cut-off - 45 % in 10+2 (PCM/PCB/Arts as per course) - 40 % for SC/ST.
B.Arch - 50 % aggregate in PCM plus 50 % overall.
Fee-waiver seats exist in most courses (except B.Arch) - 5 % supernumerary, zero tuition.

B.Tech and B.Arch rely on national tests; AKTU CET runs only for courses like BHMCT and BFA
Register on uptac.admissions.nic.in and pay Rs 1000.
Upload photo, signature and (if outside UP) parent domicile PDF - no hard copies now.
Round 1 choice-filling - list unlimited colleges/branches; locking isn’t charged.
Seat allotment - pay Rs 40 000 part-academic fee to accept. Non-payment = auto cancellation.
Choose Freeze (done) or Float (auto-upgrade in Round 2).
Sliding Round - final up-shifts, then print Provisional Admission Slip and report physically.
Spot rounds - separate Rs 500 participation fee, all seats open as unreserved
Vertical - SC 21 %, ST 2 %, OBC 27 %, EWS 10 %.
Horizontal - Defence 5 %, PwD 5 %, Freedom-fighter 2 %, UP girls 20 %.
Region quota - 85 % seats for UP-educated or UP-domicile candidates, 15 % for others.
Management/NRI - 15 % in private institutes filled by colleges after counselling.
NRI - up to 5 % supernumerary UG seats, direct merit, AICTE approval required.
Kashmiri Migrant & Pandit quota - one seat per institute above intake.Foreign National / OCI / CIWGC - separate supernumerary lane, no entrance test.
Quota - up to 10 % of last year’s intake.
B.Tech - three-year diploma holders first; B.Sc candidates considered only if seats remain.
B.Pharm - diploma in Pharmacy.
MCA & MBA - existing UG degree + specific papers as per Table II.
Entrance-score card, 10+2 marksheets, domicile/category proofs.
Medical fitness certificate - 6/9 vision (corrected), no untreated hernia, min 40 % disability for PwD seats.
Anti-ragging affidavit, blood-group report, four photos.
Govt colleges follow state fee notifications; private institutes go by Fee-Fixation Committee rates.
Registration fee is non-refundable; part-academic fee forfeited if candidate exits after allotment.
Spot-round participation fee is Rs 500 and non-refundable.
Fill every choice - there is no penalty and float upgrades use that list.
Track CUET back-up - if you missed JEE or NATA, CUET can still secure a seat in special rounds.
Rural weightage - 3 % extra marks for UP-rural school pass-outs; upload Certificate 7.
Check vacancy PDFs nightly - AKTU rarely emails individual alerts.
